Unicall/Office is CRM system and displays the caller information on the screen automatically when receiving calls. You can foreknow the customer’s information and give the satisfactory service to the customer, and provide services like caller display, call list, customer management, E-mail, SMS, etc. to clients effectively and store information onto user’s PC.

Unicall/Center
Unicall/Center is a call/customer/contact center system with CRM function and displays the caller information on the screen automatically when receiving calls. You can foreknow the customer’s information and give the satisfactory service to the customer, and provide services like caller display, call list, customer management, E-mail, SMS, etc. to clients effectively and store information onto user’s PC

Unicall/SDS
Unicall/SDS is a Substitute Driver System with CID function. Unicall/SDS Is suitable for the call center of SDS. It is possible to construct SDS call center with the conventional PBX or Centrex, and it is suitable for constructing a global call center, it is also possible to cut expenses dramatically.

Unicall/sCRM
A CID-based sCRM system with 1 telephone line. You can foreknow the customer’s information and give the satisfactory response to the customer, and provide services like customer, order/delivery, sales, business function, etc. to clients effectively.

Unicall/CM
An interlocked product with normal phone and PC by using the gateway. It serves as the call helper and has many efficient functions like voice recording., automatic calling, automatic answering, reserved call, etc. It displays the caller and callee information on the screen automatically when receiving and making calls. The user can manage the office work more conveniently, too.

◎  Hardware Group

Gateway
A PC-controlled gateway, and has two kinds, PCI and USB. It is very appropriate for CTI and voice solution such as CRM system, office assistant system etc. There are no need for the gatekeeper servers because PC takes the proxy server.

CID Device
It can be interfaced with PC easily because it is connected to the USB port, and applicable up to 4 telephone lines with one CID device.

◎  Characteristics
PC-controlled VoIP gateway is a gateway which plays the role of a PC device. We have two kinds of the gateway, PCI and USB, and they are appropriate for the CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) solutions such as CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system, CIS(Customer Information System), etc.. In this case, there is no need for the separate gatekeeper server because the PC plays the proxy server.

◎  Information
- The gateway applied to our products. They are Internet phone, EverFree, Multiple Phone, Unicall, and CRM system Unicall/mini.
- For the customer’s request, we are providing the gateway with API under the separate contract.
- We would offer a solution that you can use the normal phone call and internet phone call together by installing the PCI gateway into the PC and connecting the normal phone to the gateway.
